We are pleased to announce that John Dimitrieski has returned to our Melbourne office, taking on the new role of Strategic Customer Account Manager. 

John took on a very exciting challenge back in 2015, relocating to the US, taking on the important role of MAGIQ Performance Product Specialist.

John’s deep product knowledge and ability to build and manage great relationships with our strategic Partners enabled us to build our US customer base to 119 Customers, serviced by our 6 Channel partners – making the US our fastest-growing market!

John has refined and developed his technical and business knowledge across MAGIQ Performance in recent years and we are seeking to further advance his development, with a focus on customer management to service his assigned customers to an even higher level.

In his new role as Strategic Customer Account Manager, John is managing our Australian Enterprise Platform Customers as well as some of the larger and more complex MAGIQ Performance Customer relationships.

John has a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing and Accounting) from La Trobe University in Melbourne. Prior to working for MAGIQ Software John worked in public practice accounting.
