The Challenge
As customer expectations shifted toward cloud delivery, MAGIQ Software needed to move a large, established customer base to a modern cloud platform without disrupting the critical workflows those organisations and their communities rely on every day.
The Solution
MAGIQ Software (a Springbrook company) rebuilt its software platform as SaaS solutions hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The platform runs on core AWS services including Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, Amazon Aurora, Amazon S3, and Amazon EBS, with security and compliance supported through AWS WAF, AWS Security Hub, and Amazon CloudWatch.
Working closely with AWS solution architects and drawing on Enterprise-level support, MAGIQ Software designed a new cloud platform that can operate at scale across multiple AWS Regions, helping meet data sovereignty and compliance requirements for customers.
The Outcome
Today, the MAGIQ Cloud ERP platform serves more than 20,000 users across 600+ public sector customers. With 99.6% uptime and a two-week feature release cycle, public sector organisations can access the latest capabilities continuously, rather than waiting for an annual on-premise upgrade.
The centralised cloud model also gives MAGIQ Software greater visibility and control over infrastructure costs, supporting continued expansion into new regions while maintaining consistent, predictable operations for existing customers.
