The MAGIQ Performance Suite was implemented across Austin Health’s General Ledger, Payroll, Leave Management and Billing systems, allowing the organisation to capture, report and analyse the financial impact of their business decisions.
Austin Health has implemented a highly collaborative budgeting process providing improved accountability and transparency across the organisation. The flexibility in reporting has also enabled the finance team to efficiently achieve strict government reporting requirements and provide all other stakeholders with access to accurate information for informed decision-making.
Danny Mennuni, Financial Controller:
MAGIQ is the key to Austin Health being able to successfully produce complex, detailed budgets for a large organisation that can be easily modified and maintained to meet changing circumstances.
