MAGIQ Software’s ERP Customer Engagement team recently hit the road, travelling across the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia to connect with customers using the MAGIQ Cloud ERP.
The visit culminated in an ERP user group held last Thursday at the City of Port Lincoln, bringing together council representatives from across the region in person and online.
In total, seven Eyre Peninsula councils currently use MAGIQ Cloud ERP, highlighting the platform’s strong and growing presence in South Australia.
The user group provided a valuable opportunity for face-to-face collaboration and knowledge sharing. The agenda included roundtable discussions, support and product updates, enhancements, training sessions, roadmap insights, and a MAGIQ Performance budgeting refresher designed to help councils plan with confidence.
The event reinforced MAGIQ’s commitment to supporting customers beyond implementation and ensuring councils continue to receive long-term value from their ERP solution.
