Carol is a seasoned engineering expert with over 10 years of technical support experience. She has built a solid foundation in ERP application configuration and support and has worked extensively as a Business and Support Analyst alongside software development teams.

A skilled problem-solver, Carol thrives in collaborating with Senior Consultants, Engineers, and Finance and Accounting professionals to achieve successful project outcomes. She has proven expertise in contact centre support, software support, training, and documentation, holding an impressive seven Salesforce certifications.

As we get closer to reaching 300 US Partner customers, Carol’s abilities and dedication to handling technical challenges will greatly strengthen our team. We couldn’t be happier to welcome her.
