EOFY Rollover Terms and Conditions


By using MAGIQ Software’s online booking system for your EOFY rollover you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

In Scope

The following services will be completed by our team of experienced consultants as part of your MAGIQ Performance End of Financial Year (EOFY) Rollover. 

These services are designed to provide an efficient rollover process and to ensure the software accurately reflects the corresponding new financial year.

Our consultants will follow a proven end-of-year rollover process.  This process will include the following tasks:

  • Scheduling the rollover system as per the online booking system instructions
  • Completion of the rollover offsite with all work by MAGIQ staff conducted either via remote access or Zoom.


Out of Scope 

The resolution of any issues identified within the configuration at the time of the rollover process that impact the ability to successfully complete the EOFY rollover process.  These will be reported to your Account Manager and will be reviewed accordingly to determine the best course of action.


Project Pre-requisites 

  • Customer has completed the online booking system steps. If you require test and production, two entries are required.
  • Customer to confirm availability and ensure appropriate access to the MAGIQ Performance environment(s) prior to the scheduled day.
  • If the Rollover is to be performed in the Test Environment, MAGIQ recommends the Customer copy the Production database over to the Test database prior to commencing the rollover.
  • MAGIQ recommends the Customer performs a database backup before commencing the Rollover.
  • On the day of the Rollover, the Customer is responsible for locking out all users from the system until MAGIQ has advised of their sign-off.  


Pricing Assumptions 

Description Total
End of Financial Year Rollover – Production Environment

– Completion of the tasks as per last year’s rollover and applies to the Budgeting and Forecasting modules only.

– Changes to last year’s plan and additional modules will incur additional charges

 $1,050.00 half day excl. GST

End of Financial Year Rollover – Test Environment

 $1,050.00 half day excl. GST
$2,100.00 full day excl. GST
  • Online bookings will trigger invoicing
  • All pricing is exclusive of GST, travel and accommodation and disbursements
  • All travel and accommodation costs will be charged at cost + 10% (if applicable)
  • All work is completed remotely unless otherwise stated
  • Rollover in a Test environment is optional and incurs the additional cost as detailed
  • Customer is required to provide a Purchase order
  • The EOFY Rollover timeframes are allocated as per your selection from the online booking system.
  • The EOFY Rollover process will be completed for all MAGIQ Performance Datasets in a single process. Should the customer choose to rollover Datasets separately this will incur an additional ½ day of consulting per Dataset.
  • The EOFY Rollover process applies to the Budgeting and Forecasting module. Should the customer choose to rollover additional modules this will incur additional costs.
  • The Customer shall incur the payment of the rollover fee should remote access not be provided prior to the scheduled time on the day of the booking. In addition to incurring the rollover fee the Customer will be required to make a new booking.
