MAGIQ Software has today announced a major new release of its MAGIQ Enterprise Platform of Finance, Payroll and Council software.

MAGIQ Enterprise Version 4.26 is the next very exciting stage in the delivery of contemporary and functionally rich software designed to help public sector organisations efficiently meet their diverse finance and administration business requirements. The new release features an extensive range of new usability, functionality and system improvements.

Ensuring MAGIQ Enterprise provides an intuitive and enjoyable user experience is a central product development focus and Version 4.26 features significant improvements to the user interface and navigation.

MAGIQ Enterprise is designed to support a highly document centric business environment and the new release introduces several innovations to improve document handling and access across the Platform. Documents such as purchase orders, supplier letters or rates assessments can now be attached to any record within MAGIQ Enterprise, providing users with simple access to all relevant documents.

The new release also introduces sophisticated new functionality within the Mail Processing application. Users can view and edit Microsoft Word documents natively from within MAGIQ Enterprise, while still enjoying working with the familiar MS Word features and interface.

Accessibility to a rich reporting and and analytics framework is critical to effective business decision-making and in Version 4.26 seamless access to MAGIQ Reporting is introduced.  This exciting new innovation delivers powerful data browsing and reporting capabilities directly from within MAGIQ Enterprise.

An extensive range of new functionality has been included in the release to ensure MAGIQ Enterprise continues to meet customer’s business and legislative requirements.  A new Lease Management module has been delivered along with significant functional enhancements across the Finance, Council and Payroll Product Suites.
