We are very pleased to announce Adam Dunkerley has re-joined MAGIQ Software in the position of Group Customer Service Manager. Adam will assume overall responsibility for managing our customer support operations across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

We are very pleased to announce Adam Dunkerley has re-joined MAGIQ Software in the position of Group Customer Service Manager. Adam will assume overall responsibility for managing our customer support operations across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Adam has extensive senior management and customer service experience within the ICT and software industry, including 4 years previously with MAGIQ Software. He will play a pivotal role in the continued development of our Customer Service Team into a centralised, world class support centre.

“Our customer support team has grown significantly over the past 12 months in line with the growth in our client base.  Adam has very broad customer service experience, together with excellent knowledge of MAGIQ Software and our product suites, and we are delighted he has chosen to return to the Company,” said Colin.

Adam originally joined MAGIQ Software in 2012 in the role of Commercial Manager; before taking on the role of Group Customer Services Manager.

During his career he has held a number of senior management roles including General Manager of Need A Nerd, a nationwide specialist onsite computer and technology support business and most recently as Senior Operations Manager of Cleantastic, an Australian and New Zealand Commercial Cleaning organisation.
