MAGIQ Software is thrilled to have been awarded the ALGIM 2017 ICT Vendor of the Year Award at the New Zealand Association of Local Government Information Management (ALGIM) Annual Conference held last night in Rotorua.

The Award recognises the vendor who has done an outstanding job in the work that they undertake for Councils.

“Everyone at MAGIQ Software is absolutely thrilled and very proud to receive this Award,” said Colin Lillywhite, MAGIQ Software Chief Executive Officer.

Colin said receiving the ICT Vendor of the Year Award is a tremendous acknowledgement of the Company’s contribution and commitment to the local government industry.

“We have worked very hard over the past six years to build fantastic, easy to use modern administration software for Councils in New Zealand and Australia; and to deliver it with high quality service and support. We have been seeking to provide a better alternative,” said Colin.

On announcing the Award last night the following citation was made:

“This year’s winner received praise from councils for having a forward-thinking approach, helpful and friendly staff, and a product that is ‘easy to learn and easy to use’ which leaves rate payers very satisfied with the service they receive.

They have built enduring relationships with local government, and are not content just to implement their product, but instead they get involved with councils to help improve processes and the way councils operate.”
